LogiSyncAI ("we," "our," or "the extension") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our browser extension and website. Your data stays under your control — stored locally by default.

Data Stored Locally

By default, LogiSyncAI stores all data locally on your device using your browser's IndexedDB:

• Saved AI Responses — The content of AI responses you choose to save
• Conversation Metadata — Platform (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini), message timestamp, and conversation title
• Tags and Projects — Labels and organizational categories you create
• Search Index — Local search index for full-text search across your saved content
• Settings— Your preferences and configuration

Account Information (Future)

In the future, we may offer optional cloud services such as cross-device sync and cloud backup. These features will require an account. When available, we will only collect the minimum information needed to provide the service (e.g., email address for account creation). You choose whether to create an account and which data to sync. Cloud features will always be optional — the core extension will continue to work fully with local-only storage.

What We DON'T Collect

• No personal identification information without your explicit consent
• No usage analytics or behavioral tracking
• No data sent to external servers without your explicit action
• No third-party advertising cookies or trackers

Data Storage and Retention

• Local Storage (Current): All data is stored locally on your device in your browser's IndexedDB
• Duration: Data remains until you delete it or uninstall the extension
• Backup: You can export your saved data as Markdown files at any time
• Cloud Sync (Future): When available, you will be able to optionally sync selected data to the cloud for cross-device access. Cloud-synced data will be encrypted in transit and at rest. You choose what to sync and what stays local.

Data Sharing

We do NOT share, sell, or rent your data to any third parties. Your saved AI responses are never transmitted to any server unless you explicitly choose to use a cloud feature.

If cloud services become available, your data will only be processed to deliver the services you opted into. We will never use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Data Access and Control

You have full control over your data:

• View:Access all saved responses through the extension's management page
• Edit: Modify tags, projects, and content
• Delete: Remove individual saved responses or delete all data
• Export: Download your saved responses as Markdown files
• Clear Data: Uninstalling the extension will remove all locally stored data
• Cloud Data (Future): When cloud services are available, you will be able to view, download, and delete your cloud-synced data at any time through your account settings

Third-Party Services

The LogiSyncAI extension does not use any third-party services that collect or process your data.

Our website includes an optional feedback form powered by Formspree. When you submit feedback, your name, email, and message are sent to Formspree's servers and forwarded to us via email. This data is processed according to Formspree's Privacy Policy. Submitting feedback is entirely voluntary.

If we introduce cloud services in the future, we will use reputable cloud infrastructure providers. Any such providers will be disclosed here and held to strict data protection standards.

Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data:

• Data is stored locally using IndexedDB with browser-level security
• No network requests are made with your saved content unless you explicitly enable cloud features
• The extension operates only within approved domains (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Future cloud services will use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest

Children's Privacy

LogiSyncAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access your data
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure (deletion of your data)
• Right to data portability (export your data)
